We have specifically included a download link to "Marine Turtles" - Philippine Aquatic Wildlife Rescue and Response Manual Series. This is the official DENR handbook published in 2014 by the Marine Wild Fauna Watch of the Philippines, Inc., in cooperation with the Wildlife Resources Division, Biodiversity Management Bureau, DENR.
